Does Protective Group track my location at all times?No, Protective Group streams your location only once an emergency has been declared. While an emergency is active, your location updates every 5 seconds. When you request assistance either via a Team Alert or Emergency, your device will ping your location to your nominated contacts

Shipping Information
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer during peak-trade periods.
As soon as our orders have been dispatched, we will email the relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of shipping.
Delivery Times
Once orders have been shipped, they are expected to be delivered in 2-5 business days within Metro areas. Delivery times to
Western Australia, regional and remote destinations may take up to 7 business day

Return Policy
90 Day Change of Mind Returns Policy
Protective Group gives you 90 days* to return a product that you’ve changed your mind on. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are described in our Faulty Goods Returns Policy.
Returns within 90 days
Protective Group will happily give you a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and the product:is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging, with all accessories includedhas not been worn or used and, if a perishable product, is not expiredis not a personalised item, digital download, pre-paid card, voucher or clearance item
Returns can be processed at any Protective Group office, including online orders. Refunds will only be made using the original payment method stated on your proof of purchase. Please note that delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
