We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which Marvel Stadium is present. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present, and the Aboriginal Elders of other communities who may be here today.
Please find detailed information below of Marvel Stadium and other information to ensure you enjoy your time with us as much as possible.
Throughout the course of 2021 Protective Group will also be partnering with various charity and program partners to ensure the most vulnerable and less privileged have access to the facilities which you will be experiencing at your event.
Since round one we have already made available over 200 tickets for the less fortunate in our community and by the end of the 2021 AFL season, we plan to have donated over 1,000 tickets to people who may not normally have the chance to spend a day at the football.

Getting to the Premier Suites
From the concourse
The most convenient access to the Premier Suites is through Gate 8 or 9, located on the harbour side of Marvel Stadium. Scan your event ticket through the turnstile and proceed to Level C via the stairs, then present your ticket for a secondary scan on Level C to access the Premier Suite Level. Protective Group is Suite 58
From the Car Park
Scan your event ticket through the turnstile at the Gate 8 entry lobby and proceed to Level C via the stairs, then present your ticket for a secondary scan on Level C to access the Premier Suite Level.
Once inside the Premier Suites
Customer Service attendants will be located in the Premier Suite foyers to welcome you, view tickets and direct you and your guests to your suite.
All attendees will be required to scan the QR code and provide their correct details for the purpose of contact tracing.
Ticketing
You will receive your QRcode Ticket by SMS prior to the event from Protective Group. Marvel Stadium is a paperless venue, you are required to carry your phone for entry and exit at the event.
Scanning tickets on your mobile device is the quick and easy way to enter Marvel Stadium on event days. With mobile scanning available at every gate, here are some quick tips to ensure you have a seamless entry
Car Park
Marvel Stadium’s Car Parking in Docklands Melbourne is open 24 hours a day – seven days a week with more than 2,500 undercover car parks available daily.
Whether you work, shop or ‘play’ in the city, Marvel Stadium’s convenient location – just a short walk to the CBD – makes it a convenient place for you to park.
The Marvel Stadium undercover car park is divided into four colour sections on each level. Simply park your car, take note of the colour and level you have parked and return at a time that suits you.
Please note Marvel Stadium Carpark has a maximum clearance of 2.10 Metres.
*Suggested car park for Protective Group suite – Bourke St Gate A entrance, proceed to car park near gate 8 for stadium entrance.
*Fees will apply, unless you have been provided a complimentary pass from your host.
Public Transport

Train – Marvel Stadium is approximately 180 metres from Southern Cross Station, which is only a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge. Southern Cross Station services both metropolitan and country train lines.
Tram – Tram services from La Trobe Street approach Marvel Stadium at Gate 7, while trams from Bourke, Collins and Spencer Streets are accessible via the pedestrian footbridge at Southern Cross Station. The City Circle tram runs approximately every twelve minutes and services Marvel Stadium from stops in La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade. This is a free service.
Taxi – The nearest taxi ranks are located on Harbour Esplanade outside AFL House, on Bourke Street outside the NAB building and on Spencer Street, adjacent to Southern Cross Station.
Catering
Not all events will be catered on behalf of Protective Group, you will be advised when receiving your ticket if the event you are attending has a catering provider. If your event has catering supplied dietary requirements will be requested at the time of receiving your ticket via SMS.
Dress Code Requirements
The minimum dress code for Premier Suites is smart casual attire. Collared shirts, t-shirts, dress jeans, tailored trousers, pants or tailored shorts, long-sleeved football jumpers and scarves are all acceptable.
Please note: tracksuit pants, old or dirty jeans, sports shorts, rubber thongs, ugg boots or moccasins, sleeveless tops or singlets are not permitted.
Children in suites
Children are permitted into the suite providing they are ticketed* and accompanied by an adult at all times.
Due to Government regulations and restrictions related to Covid-19 and set capacity, anyone over 12 months of age requires a ticket and is included within the head count in these capacities. Please direct enquiries to [email protected] or your Account Manager.
AFL Football Records
There will be limited amount of AFL records available on the day of the event, please refrain from purchasing a record until you have checked with your host.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted on the Premier Suite level. Smoking areas are available on the external concourse on level 1, exit via gates 8 and 9.
