International Student Care

Whether you need assistance in crisis management planning, or you need people on the ground overnight and overseas, you can rely on us for an urgent response time.

International Student Care was established in 2002 with the sole intention of raising the level of care and support on offer to international students attending educational training facilities in Australia. It was viewed as essential this service was both proactive and reactive and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As the awareness of the service, we were providing became general knowledge we were approached by both Government agencies and sectors of the private industry who worked within the education training industry to both advise and assist with situations confronting them.

As a result of this, we now provide ongoing risk assessments with the everyday running of their operations and the subsequent implementation of any risk minimisation strategies.

We respond 24/7 to student placed under our care and have a dedicated phone line for students. We will physically attend and assist students in need.

It is our mission to provide a safe and secure environment for international students to both study and socialise when they are in Australia. Our intention is to provide international students and all relevant stakeholders with the education and tools to provide this safe and secure environment by providing world’s best practices from within the security industry. Our goals will be achieved by working closely with all stakeholders and in some cases external agencies to support and encourage students to reach their academic potential in a safe and secure environment.
