Our Tek Safe Pendant personal duress alarm is perfect for those concerned about their own safety or that of their loved ones. The Teksafe Pendant alarm when activated provides an instant police response at the touch of a button via our 24/7 monitoring centre. The Tek Safe Pendant was designed with ease of use, to activate the alarm if assistance is required, the user presses the SOS button, the device will then vibrate indicating that an SOS alarm has been initiated. The alarm will be received by our 24/7 monitoring station where the operators will be presented with the clients file, containing any medical, personal and if required work related information ( working with dangerous goods).

How it works.
If assistance is required, the user presses the SOS button, the device will then vibrate indicating that an SOS alarm has been initiated. The alarm will be received by our 24/7 monitoring station where the operators will be presented with the clients file, containing any medical, personal, hazardous and information of their job role. The device permits 1-way or 2-way communication, allowing the user to have the ability to speak directly to an operator.
After establishing the nature of the emergency situation, our team will determine the required course of action (ie, dispatch emergency services or notify a nominated contact).
Communication audio lines can be kept open discretely until assistance arrives and / or the situation is resolved.
The SOS alert will send the GPS coordinates of the device’s location to our 24/7 monitored control room at that point the device will continue to follow any further movements made every 30 seconds for the following hour.

The Tek Safe Pendant is small and non-intrusive with a long 24hr battery life, the pendant can be worn around the neck, on the belt or even attached to a wrist brand.
Each pendant comes with a 30 minute one-on-one training session either in our Melbourne office or via a pre-scheduled Skype/Zoom video call.
All our pendants are delivered through registered mail requiring a signature.
